By reserving a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Whitberg provides a reservation-based relational-profiling service. It consists of three structured interviews ("sessions"), conducted by telephone with a Whitberg practitioner, from which we produce the Whitberg Profile - a written analytical portrait delivered to you.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.

A reservation is confirmed once payment is received. We will agree the times of your sessions with you. We ask that you attend at the agreed times and give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.

The fee for the service is stated at the point of reservation (currently $249). Payment is taken at the time of booking unless we agree otherwise. The fee is inclusive of all three sessions and delivery of your Profile.

You may reschedule a session with reasonable notice. If you cancel before your first session, you may request a full refund. Once the interview process has begun, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, taking account of the work already carried out.

The Profile is an editorial and analytical work produced from your own words. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a diagnosis. It is not a substitute for professional care. You should not rely on it as such, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make about your relationships and your life.

You agree to provide accurate information, to consent to the recording of your sessions, and to use the service for yourself and not on behalf of any third party without their knowledge.

We own the methodology, materials, and the Whitberg name and marks. On full payment, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use your Profile for your own private purposes. You may not resell or commercially exploit it.

We treat your interview content and Profile as confidential and handle them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service will not exceed the fee you paid. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify Whitberg against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute will be subject to the courts located there.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
